I possess a deep, actionable understanding of the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and the new single assessment approach. I am a firm, fair, and hands-on leader, proficient in service stabilisation, implementing robust internal audits, and ensuring financial and operational governance.
My unique clinical background as a Medical Doctor and Psychiatrist informs my consulting approach, particularly in dementia and complex care. I have a proven ability to drive significant quality improvements, evidenced by successfully transforming internal quality assurance outcomes and establishing open, transparent communication and trust with Local Authorities.
