About the consultant

I am a Qualified Adult and Mental Health Nurse.
My experience includes acute admission care, crisis management, medium secure and low secure forensic hospitals, community mental health, adult social care, includes dementia care within nursing , residential and domiciliary settings.
I have achieved management level within all settings. Have good leadership and people management skills.
Previously worked as a CQC inspector for mental health.
A NADCAS( national association accreditation scheme) Case Manager.
Self employed quality and compliance consultant supporting providers with mock CQC inspections, audits, service improvement in line with CQC requirements and/or breaches.
A Nominated Individual for two care homes specialising in elderly care and one for homecare services.
I am also a nurse expert witness, preparing court reports for both the defence and claimant.
