I support care providers to build services that are genuinely person-centred, and compliant, focusing on what really matters to the people receiving support as well as the staff delivering it.

I’m a senior health and social care consultant specialising in CQC registration, regulatory compliance, commissioning readiness and service development. I work closely with providers and Registered Managers, taking the time to truly understand each service, its culture, its risks and the people at the heart of it, so support is tailored, realistic and inspection-ready.

My experience includes CQC applications and variations, mock inspections, governance and policy frameworks, Registered Manager mentoring, workforce compliance and tender writing. I also help services align with local authority commissioning strategies while staying rooted in individual outcomes, dignity, choice and positive risk-taking.

With over 20 years experience I’m known for my attention to detail, calm and straight talking approach, and for working alongside services rather than over them. Translating regulation into clear, workable systems that stand up to scrutiny and genuinely improve people’s lives.
