With over 20 years of leadership experience in the health and social care sector, I specialise in turning around failing services, embedding sustainable governance structures, and driving quality outcomes across adult social care, learning disability, mental health, and complex care settings.

My journey began on the frontlines as a Registered Manager, where I was recognised for transforming underperforming services into compliant, person-centred environments. I progressed to Director-level roles, including Director of Governance & Policy and Director of Operations for national care providers, where I led strategic service improvement across multiple sites.
