I have extensive experience in investigations, safeguarding, and risk management, including leading Section 42 enquiries, independent investigations, complaints investigations, and serious incident reviews. I undertake detailed case analysis, record reviews, and practitioner interviews to establish clear findings, identify root causes, and provide defensible, evidence-based reports.
